It is our mission to offer you quality products and services to help you curate your own unique Encore! Our small business appreciates each and every customer and order.

Our customer service department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY 
We cannot refund, change, or cancel an order once it has been purchased. Please order responsibly. You aways have the option to re-consign wigs that you don't love.

Clothing
We accept returns of unworn new clothing items with tags intact for store credit within 7 days of USPS-verified receipt. Please be sure to email for approval and send tracking information of your return to Chic Lifestyle via email. help@chiclifestyle.com. You are responsible for return shipping. Items received after 7 days will not be credited or returned. Clothing bought on sale or clearance and clothing purchased as part of a mystery bag are also not returnable.  Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Credit codes are distributed to the email on your account.

Out-of-Stock Items

From time to time an item may oversell. This is because of the nature of the way we sell and sometimes if multiple persons are checking out at the same time our system will allow the sale. If this occurs you will receive an email as soon as we recognize it (usually during shipping.) We will then offer you a gift card. If you would prefer a refund for said item. Do not utilize the gift card sent and email customer service. They will then disable the gift card and issue a refund to your original payment method. If you utilize the gift card you will not also receive a refund. You must choose one or the other.

Encore Edition does not give refunds unless an item ordered is out of stock.  We do not issue refunds for any other reason.

If you believe you have a missing or damaged item please contact us ASAP

Lost & Stolen Packages

Once you place an order, and we have shipped the order, we do not assume any liability or responsibility for the USPS, UPS or FED EX or DHL. It is a rare occasion but packages can become lost, stolen or damaged from the carrier. We do not provide refunds or store credits for lost or stolen items.
